Mary Hoyer 14 inch, slender hard vinyl strung doll, Signed Doll from 1997, put together special and signed on the foot by the granddaughter of Mary Hoyer who was at the head of the company in 1997; has auburn ringlets wig, and has brown glass stationery eyes. Her custom designed outfit includes a tagged original teal print dress and black leatherette shoes. She looks almost like 1940s and 1950s dolls, but her eyes do not move, and she is a bit more slender than they were. This doll never had a box as she was custom assembled, as were many other of these dolls in 1997. Mary Hoyer's granddaughter designed this doll for me in 1997 when she attended a The Modern Doll Convention and show in San Diego, California. 1996 Good-Kruger 22 inch Tree-Top Angel is a realistically sculpted vinyl artist doll by Julie Good-Kruger from her original company. This sweet doll has long brunette wig, fixed glass brown eyes, and a wistful facial expression. Her Christmas holiday costume consists of a long white smocked gown and red shoes. She is holding a small tree-top angel with a bisque head. New, mint-in-the-box with tag condition from wonderful artist who no longer is designing dolls.  Madame Alexander 8 inch Russia, No. 548, from 1983, is a hard plastic Wendy doll with a brunette wig with an elaborate hairdo with a long loop wrapped around the front of her head, and moving blue eyes. In 1983 all 8 inch Alexander dolls were stamped Alexander on their backs and painted in a way that was known as the bisque look. Her Russian costume includes a red and white dress with red trim, a white apron with red trim, red boots. She has been displayed under cover and restrung. Retired, excellent, in-the-box, with booklet and looks like new.  Madame Alexander 14 inch vinyl First Ladies, 2nd Series, Sarah Jackson, from 1979-1981, has a pretty 'Louisa' face, brunette rooted hair, and dark moving eyes. She is wearing a replica of the formal ball gown won by the historical first lady at the Inaugural Ball of Andrew Jackson. This pre-owned doll is mint-in-the-box, with its tag.  8 inch Madame Alexander brunette hard plastic Spanish girl doll, has Wendy face, moving brown eyes, and is a bending-knee non-walker from approximately 1965-1972. Her ensemble includes a red three-tiered Flamenco-type dress with black lace trim, a black lace mantilla with a red flower, her original gold loop pierced earrings, and black cloth shoes. Pre-owned doll's condition is excellent, no box, no tag, lovely coloring, outfit in excellent condition and complete. She has been restrung. No unpleasant smells. This is a very nice older doll, but she is not perfect.

1996 Mattel Star Trek Barbie and Ken Doll Set are boxed as part of the crew of the Enterprise starship in Classic Star Trek. The 11.5 inch Barbie doll has blonde hair and a smiling face. She is wearing a short red dress-style uniform as the female crew members on the classic Star Trek Enterprise wore in the middle to late 1960s television series. The 12 inch Ken has brown molded and sprayed hair. He is dressed in a classic Star Trek Uniform with a gold shirt and dark pants. Both dolls have Star Trek communication badges. The box shows the bridge of Enterprise with Captain Kirk and Commander Spock pictures based on actors who played the parts. Let's hope these newcomers on the bridge don't get killed. Mint, and never removed from the box old stock in like-new condition. This 8.5 inch Purely Patsyette doll has short pale blonde rooted hair, painted blue side-glancing eyes, and a sweet wistful face. She comes with a plastic stand and gold heart chain. She is wearing only a white bodysuit, white chemise, and black leatherette-type shoes with socks. Separate outfits are available. The earlier 2003 and 2004 Patsyette dolls, like this one, are about an inch smaller and more slender than the later Patsyette dolls with moving eyes were. Knickerbocker's Terri Lee Millennium Bride, No. 320001, was made in 2000, in a limited edition of 5,000. She is a lovely 16 inch hard plastic doll with dark blonde to light brown wig and large painted dark brownish eyes. Her bridal costume includes a lacy wedding gown, a lace veil decorated with pink flowers, and pearl-look necklace. Accessories include a wedding bouquet. Knickerbocker Terri Lee Reproduction Dolls look much like the original ones from the late 1940s and early 1950s. The Knickerbocker dolls are wearing well-made costumes true to the original 1940s[-50s period, now discontinued by Knickerbocker. Old Stock doll is new and mint-in-the-box. For years she has been closed in her box to protect her from potential for earthquakes in southern California. She would prefer to get out of her box. She has all of her original packing material. She is mint-in-box and was formerly only displayed in a locked case at another shop and for that reason she is listed as reconditioned even though she's actually looks brand new. They are vinyl dolls with molded and sprayed hair and painted side-glancing eyes, and they look like the classic Effanbee Patsyette dolls of the 1920s and 1930s. The boy and girl dolls are wearing colorful blue, red, and gold outfits appropriate to the Italian Renaissance and Shakespearean play. The Romeo doll is wearing blue pants, jacket, and a large hat with a plume. The Juliet Patsyette doll's costume includes a blue dress with red and gold over-skirt. Effanbee Heart bracelets are included. These retired dolls are mint-in-their boxes. These dolls are from Effanbee Doll Co., before Tonner acquired Effanbee.  17 inch 1997 Effanbee vinyl reproduction Nautical Patsy Joan doll has a short curly dark blonde wig, and moving blue eyes. Her outfit includes a navy blue and white sailor blouse and skirt, a matching sailor hat, black shoes, and white socks. Her accessories include a metal doll stand, and logo heart bracelet. This retired doll is from the Effanbee Doll Company before it belonged to Tonner. Mint-in-the-box old stock.
